Our dance lessons for children are a place where movement becomes a game and creativity knows no limits. They are designed to provide children with a safe and inspiring space to discover their own bodies and its possibilities. Through dance and play, children develop their motor skills, learn to cooperate with others, and express their feelings through movement.

Ponec Children's Studio: 3-4 years old

Studio Krenovka | every Monday | 16:30 - 17:30

Monday lessons focus on developing children's motor skills, musicality, imagination, and self-confidence through dance. The approach is based on working with the body in a way that is familiar and understandable to children—through play, images, improvisation, and live music.

The Ponec Children's Studio is particularly suitable for the youngest children (3–4 years old). Dance here is not demanding, but is part of a fairy tale or entertaining story. Children learn to perceive music, move to the rhythm, respond to sound, repeat simple movements, get to know their bodies, and cooperate with others – all of which is naturally incorporated into story assignments and play situations.

All lessons are accompanied by live music, which adds to the unique atmosphere and helps children better perceive rhythm and sound. We place the main emphasis on supporting the child's individuality and creating a safe space for their development, freedom, and honest self-expression through movement.

We offer the option of paying for lessons either in a single payment for the whole year or in three payments during the season. The first lesson is free.

With age, especially in children aged 5–7, comes greater attention and interest in structure. We gradually introduce dance combinations, develop coordination, expressiveness, and a sense of rhythm. The lessons remain inspiring and lively, using musical exercises, images, and collective work.

All lessons are accompanied by live music, which adds a unique atmosphere and helps children better perceive rhythm and sound. We place the main emphasis on supporting the child's individuality and creating a safe space for their development, freedom, and sincere self-expression through movement.

Wednesday lessons focus on developing children's motor skills, musicality, imagination, and self-confidence through dance. The approach is based on working with the body in a way that is familiar and understandable to children - through play, images, improvisation, and live music.

For children aged 8 and older, lessons take place directly on the stage of the Ponec Theater – a unique space with a professional atmosphere that helps children truly feel the energy of the theater and immerse themselves more deeply in the creative process. Here they learn various dance techniques, improvisation, creating their own phrases, and conscious work with the body and space. This allows them to develop a personal relationship with dance as a form of self-expression and experience the feeling of being real artists.
