Take a break from videocalls and give your body and mind a little joy and relaxation. Every Thursday for half an hour before noon there will be online movement lessons not only for the (home) office with Věra Ondrašíková. Under the guidance of an award-winning dancer and choreographer, you will stretch and energize through simple movements and principles that everyone can master. 

Věra Ondrašíková is a choreographer, dancer and teacher on the Czech and international dance scene. She teaches, among others, at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU, HAMU) and regularly conducts contemporary dance trainings for ensembles such as Lenka Vagnerová & Company, Laterna magika and occasionally for Losers Cirque Company. She presented her most successful production, GUIDE, at the PONEC Theatre, and it has gone on to see several dozen performances around the world and win a number of awards, including the Audience Award, Lighting Design Award and Dancer of the Year Award for Jaro Ondruš at the Czech Dance Platform 2016. A year later, the performance was selected among the 20 most interesting European works within the Aerowaves international network. In 2021, Ondrašíková premiered the WITNESS project.
