INBETWEEN, which loosely follows up the successful performance of Everywhen, explores group tensions in a world of climate change, global pandemic, constant connectivity and instant reactions, where the space in between us becomes our collective body calling for change. Even if the geographical distance keeps us far away, we are connected more than ever before, and at this stage we are becoming a mass that struggles to find balance once again.

Inspired by interactive architecture, it presents four performers and a material floating above them. The object that is manipulated by the dancers becomes performative architecture - a “common body”. The shapes it takes are a result of their dialogue, but it also becomes their environment, shelter and home. This temporary shelter and space for a dialogue reflects struggles and interactions between the four bodies, but also of society at large.
