Feel like dancing and letting go of the goal? Tuning in the here-and-now and your body? Come and join a dance class and a party in one. 

PRIMA sessions are a follow-up to the participatory project PRIMA which puts the general public centre stage. The sessions are an opportunity to get together and enjoy movement without the need for public presentation. 

The 120 minute encounters are open to everyone aged 15+, regardless of previous experience with dance. PRIMA sessions are an ideal opportunity for first contact with the language of PRIMA, as well as an open platform for former participants of the project who want to take their experience and body sensitivity another step further.  

Each encounter is unique and the sessions don’t build up on each other: regular participation is welcome but not required.
