Petra Pellarová

Petra is a dancer, performer and creative movement instructor. She completed a master’s degree program at the Department of Creative Design and Pedagogy of DAMU (focus on psychosomatic disciplines). She studied dance and physical theatre at the Duncan Centre Conservatory and at the Folkwang Hochshule in Essen. As part of a scholarship, she spent a year studying traditional Balinese dances in Bali. She currently attends psychotherapy training in motion and dance therapy. She is interested in interconnecting the Feldenkrais method, voice and movement. As a performer, she has worked with, for example, the Forman Brothers Theatre, and as a creator she has participated in projects with Czech dance and theatre artists. As part of the Dance for Schools project, she worked at the Jarov Elementary School in Prague 3 as well as at the nám. Curieových and Mohylová elementary schools.
