The Artistic Council of Ponec Theatre announces four Sunday evenings in 2025 dedicated exclusively to you and your ideas!

Are you seeking a space where you can freely create and showcase your work to the public? Ponec – dance venue is opening its doors to all bold artists and artistic groups eager to share their vision and push the boundaries of contemporary dance.

OPEN STAGE is an opportunity to present both works in progress and finished pieces in a unique format, where you will have three days to prepare directly on the Ponec Theatre stage, culminating in a public performance.

We offer

• Three days (Friday–Sunday) of preparation directly on the Ponec Theatre stage
• A final public presentation on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
• Technical support (within the capabilities of Ponec Theatre)
• Pay-what-you-can admission, with proceeds going to the artistic team
• Promotional and PR support for the performance

28–30 November 2025

The requirement is a focus on contemporary dance and creation. You can apply until the end of 2024 via the online FORM.

Please attach to your application your project proposal, the composition of your creative team, and a draft of the technical rider / technical requirements – all within a maximum of two standard pages.

Ponec – dance venue is a space dedicated to contemporary dance, movement theatre and inspiring crossovers with other genres. Its programming targets adult audiences (both seasoned contemporary dance enthusiasts and a broad public) as well as families with children and schools.
