Markéta Perroud

Markéta has been working with Tanec Praha since 2010, initially as a member of the Artistic Council, then as artistic co-director of the TANEC PRAHA Festival (since 2011) and the entire organisation (since 2012). From May 2021 to 2023 she was also the artistic director of PONEC theatre.

She is the artistic director and project ambassador of Dance Well. Furthermore, as a member of the DW teachers Team, she is involved in training and lecturing and coordinates the work of the teachers.

After graduating from the Prague Dance Conservatory, she worked as a professional dancer in leading contemporary dance companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. She holds a French state diploma in dance pedagogy and studied cultural management in Lyon in 2009-2010. She participated in projects such as Dancing Museums, Shape It, EDN, Aerowaves.
