Art&Fact (Martinik)

ART&FACT was born in 2012 from the meeting of Jean-Hugues Miredin and Laurent Troudart, both of them are coming form Martinique. ART&FACT mission is to help, develop and sustain contemporary dance in Martinique but as well in the Antilles.  Art must be accessible to all, ART&FACT intends to give more visibility to those that are sometimes forgotten and that's why in most of their projects the company makes it a priority to use non dancers, soon disable people, immigrants... among others. The company is interested to hear their stories and give them a voice to express themselves.

Jean-Hugues Miredin is a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher. He began his dance studying Paris in 1984. Since then he has been teaching, dancing and choreographing across Europe,Asia, United States. www.jeanhuguesmiredin.com
