The dance classes led by Yana Reutova and other artists collaborating closely with the Ponec Theatre are designed for advanced dancers and art school students who wish to deepen their movement expression and share their experience with others. These sessions offer an open space for experimentation and the development of an individual movement language, providing you with the opportunity to explore your physical and creative potential.

Through structured improvisations, physical challenges, and movement studies, we will focus on the dynamics between control, release and creative spontaneity. Take risks, explore, and transform your movement expression into dynamic, expressive dance.
