Contemporary Dance for Adults offers a space to explore movement and discover new possibilities within your own body. The classes combine movement, creativity and the joy of dance, offering a chance to step away from the everyday routine and focus on the present moment.

Through contemporary dance, participants develop coordination and awareness of the body, space and rhythm while discovering new ways of expressing themselves through movement. The emphasis is not on performance or perfecting steps, but on curiosity, openness and finding your own way of moving.

The classes are open to anyone interested in exploring contemporary dance, developing their movement skills and making time for movement and creativity. Dance can open up new ways of seeing our own bodies and the world around us, while each class offers space not only for movement, but also for personal growth.

Classes are paid individually. The fee is CZK 350 per class.
